About HoneyBeeOT

Connection Not Correction

Who is HoneyBeeOT?

I’m Honey — a newly qualified occupational therapist and founder of HoneyBeeOT with a long background supporting neurodivergent children through work, lived experience, and parenting. Before training as an OT, I spent years in care and education roles, and I’ve been a young carer myself. HoneyBeeOT grew from wanting to offer gentle, practical support that aims to truly understand the realities families face — support that centres regulation, connection, and everyday life.

Why Choose HoneyBeeOT

HoneyBeeOT grew from both my professional training and my personal journey of making sense of my own nervous system and how it influences daily life. Alongside lived experience, parenting, and years supporting neurodivergent young people, this shaped my belief in offering support that centres regulation, safety, and participation without pressure.
